“A licensed massage therapist contacted a practitioner and said she wanted to experience the work firsthand and understand how it worked before referring some clients .  After her appointment , she got off the table, and said 'I’m a totally different person than I was two hours ago, but I still have no idea how to explain to my clients what you do or how it works.'"
